Calculate reference ranges

To calculate and show reference ranges according to the selections made under "Select your matrix", "Filter options" and "Display options", click Calculate reference ranges.

To obtain demographic information about the samples the reference ranges are calculated from, click ▼ next to the "Calculate reference ranges" button to open the demographics submenu, and click Show demographics table.

Note that the demographics information in this table is updated according to the subpopulation you specified using the "Filter options". If no filters are used, the demographics information of the whole QMDB are displayed. The demographics table can be exported just like a reference ranges table.
