Menu display options

Easily select your view of the data. Data can be displayed in many formats.

  • Restrict the metabolites or metabolite classes displayed to focus on the metabolites of interest
  • Sort by metabolite name or class
  • Include unique metabolite identifiers with direct links to the Human Metabolome Database in an additional table column by activating the HMDB ID option

Project timeline and data origin consideration with version control

  • This feature allows users to select (or eliminate) from the calculation any samples uploaded after a selected date. This enables access to the database at any time point retroactively

  • For all users who contributed data to the database, choose to consider only the data provided by their own organization, thus facilitating the comparison of their own data with the total QMDB

  • Export in many file types (text, CSV or Excel file), optionally with a summary of the selected filters
