How can I save my filter selections for my next QMDB visit?

After selecting matrix and filters, the selections can be saved in the “Settings” menu. Enter a descriptive name of at least 3 characters and click the floppy disc icon to save. Settings can be restored by clicking on a saved setting, and deleted by clicking the trash icon.

Could the biocrates metabolism indicators be integrated in the QMDB?

This is challenging for several reasons, but we are looking into the best ways to accomplish this in one of the next QMDB updates.

What is the purpose of being able to add HMDB IDs in the Display options?

The HMDB is the Human Metabolome Database, a freely available electronic database containing detailed information about small molecule metabolites found in the human body. Clicking the IDs gives you a direct link to the corresponding metabolite on the HMDB website. Note that only one HMDB ID is provided in the table as an example, while many analytes have several corresponding molecules in the HMDB.
